Shipping Policy
This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, including coverage, fees, and delivery conditions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Delivery Coverage
We currently provide delivery across supported service areas within the available courier network. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time depending on logistics availability.
Shipping Fees
Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. Orders under £30 will be charged a standard delivery fee of £4.99.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and destination.
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent. If tracking is available, it will be provided within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to courier congestion, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand. If delivery exceeds 10 business days after dispatch, please contact support.
Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact support within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and any relevant photos so we can investigate and assist accordingly.
Incorrect Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within 10–14 business days after dispatch, please contact support so we can investigate with the courier service.
